We're building a live music stage in Downtown Peoria with 300+ seats in front of it, under a canopy, outdoors. If you play, promote or book, this page is mostly for you.
The stage sits on the west side of the property facing into the courtyard, so the whole open-air space is the audience. There's no separate music room to fill and no back bar competing with the band — if you're playing, you're playing to everyone who came that night.
Because it's covered and fitted with heaters, fans and misters, the calendar isn't seasonal the way most Arizona patios are. We can run a show in July and a show in January.
We open in November 2026 and we're taking live music inquiries for late 2026 and 2027. Getting in early genuinely matters here — we're still shaping how the stage gets run, and the acts who talk to us now have real influence on that.
What we want to hear from you: who you are, roughly what you draw, whether you're bringing production or need ours, and what dates you're working with. Links are welcome and we will actually listen to them.
Being straight about the technical side: we're mid-construction, so the final stage dimensions, power and house PA aren't locked yet. Tell us what your show needs and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it, rather than promise a spec sheet we don't have yet.
Once shows are booked, the calendar will be published here and on @jeffersonhouseaz, and listed on the usual places people check for what's on in Peoria.
Music here is meant to be something you walk into, not something you buy a ticket for months ahead. Most nights will be free with the courtyard, food from the kitchens and a drink from the bar — and if a show does need a ticket, we'll say so plainly.
