Everything you'd want to know before you come — where we are, where to leave the car, and what the courtyard is actually like when you get here.
8310 W. Jefferson Street, Peoria, AZ 85345. Northwest corner of 83rd Avenue and Jefferson, in the heart of Downtown Peoria's Arts District — just off Grand Avenue and a few minutes from the Loop 101.
If you grew up calling this part of town Old Town, it's the same place. The City calls it Downtown Peoria now, and the historic core here was platted back in 1886.
Public surface lots and on-street parking surround the venue throughout the downtown district. There's no venue lot to fight over and no valet — park once and walk, which is rather the point of a downtown.
If the block right out front is full on a Saturday night, the lots a street over almost never are.
We open in November 2026. Once we're running:

Individual kitchens and shops set their own hours inside those, so not everything will be open at 9am on a Saturday. The courtyard will be.
The whole courtyard sits under a covered black-steel canopy with heaters, fans and misters, so it works in February and it works in July. You're outdoors the entire time — there's no indoor dining room to retreat into, and that's deliberate.
No reservation is required and there's no cover to get in. Come for one thing and stay for three, or grab a coffee and leave. Both are fine.
If the courtyard is livelier than you want, the patio along Jefferson Street sits a little apart from it, with trees and bistro lights over the tables.
Bringing kids? The courtyard is all ages and the 16-foot splash pad was built for them. Some evening events are 21+, and we'll say so clearly when they are.
The courtyard sits slightly below the tenant level — two small steps on the direct route, and a wheelchair ramp if you'd rather not take them. The restroom is wheelchair accessible.
Once you're in, the courtyard is wide and even. There's genuine room between the kitchens, shops, bar and stage for a chair or a double stroller to move without a three-point turn, even on a busy night.
