Press & Media Kit

Everything a reporter, editor or partner needs in one place. If something you need isn't here, just ask — we'd rather send it than have you guess.

Fast Facts

The details, checked.

These are the numbers we stand behind. Earlier renderings and floor plans in circulation show different counts — those are outdated vintages. This list is current.

The Site

Why this corner.

The historic core of Downtown Peoria was platted in 1886, and the railway that made it — the Santa Fe, Prescott & Phoenix — came through in 1895. The shipping containers on the property are a nod to that. The black-steel canopy over the courtyard is a nod to the ironworks that stood here before.

One note on naming: the City of Peoria calls this district Downtown Peoria, and so do we. You will also see it called Old Town — same place, older habit.

Ask us for anything.

Renderings, floor plans, construction photography, interviews with the partners, or a walk of the site — email hello@jeffersonhouseaz.com and we'll get back to you.

Construction progress photos are posted as we go on @jeffersonhouseaz and in The Build on our homepage. There's also a 3D walkthrough of the finished space if you'd like to see it before it exists.
